

Pinewood Derby 2015
To a boy, there's nothing quite like the rush of watching the car he built race down the track. To a parent, there's no feeling quite like having completed the project as a team and taught a young boy how to use tools to sculpt the car of his dreams out of a block of pine. Boys will remember the time they spent building that car with you for the rest of their lives. Long after the trophies, patches and ribbons have been forgotten, the memories of working with their adult part


Klondike Derby 2015
A Klondike derby is an annual district event held by Boy Scouts during the winter months and is based on the heritage of the Klondike Gold Rush. Scout have been running Klondike derbies since 1949. Despite the lack of snow, Boys from Raymore Boy Scout Troop 124, along with friends from Belton Troop 160 and Raymore Pack 124 Webelos entered three patrols in the event. Each did very well and completed objectives on their own, demonstrating skill, teamwork and Scout spirit.
